nARKotics Cluster Rules
DISCLAIMER: rules are subject to change, it is the responsibility of every player to remain up to date with all rules associated with nARKotics. Any rules violated may result in a ban and/or dino and structure wipe not limited to the entire tribe and members of the tribe.
GENERAL
» Players come in all ages, keep that in mind when talking in Global.
» Ensure you do not inflict any form of misconduct. Do not try and force dictatorship, blackmail others, create toxicity and ruin the game for other players in the community. This includes but is not limited to language which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, homophobic, encouragement of self harm, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically or otherwise offensive.
» This is PvP, Trash talking is allowed, however limited to the censorship of ark and the discord censorship. If you can’t type the word without altering characters it should not be sent and if it gets out of hand, the situation will be reviewed and dealt with accordingly.
» Generic names such as Human, 123, etc. are not allowed. You will be asked to change your name by an admin. (Or a name will be chosen for you if you do not wish to provide one) It is forbidden to use any symbols not found in the English alphabet. “Human”, “Survivor”, “Admin”, “GM”, “Player”, “123”, “321”, “OneTwoThree”, “□□□” or anything similar is not allowed.
» Dont spam messages.
» NO advertising in any form.
» For tribe stuff USE TRIBE CHAT!
» If you don’t have your childish behavior under control, don’t use chat.
» Any characters named something racist, sexist, or homophobic will be banned.
» Tribe members cannot share the same exact name.If you’re caught with it, you will first be warned and banned if you refuse or cause issues about it.
» Duping glitches will be permanently banned
» POPCORNING IS BANNABLE. (Popcorning is when you drop your loot while being attacked/raided to prevent the attacking team from getting the loot).
PVP / RAID RULES
» It’s PVP and we are all here for a good time, but griefing the same tribe over and over does nothing but encourage the playerbase to thin out. Avoid raiding the same tribe repeatedly. Give them a chance to rebuild and continue playing.
» You must wait 48-hours after you have raided a tribe to raid that same tribe again.
» What counts as a raid to put you on a 48-hour timer?
A fob at some one’s base is a clear indication that you intend to raid. If you fob up, it’s a raid.
Destroying a structure that is part of their base or defenses, is considered a raid. Destroying foundations, sleeping bags, dinosaur traps, etc. out in the wilderness is not considered a raid.
Soaking Turrets: Soaking is not a raid. That being said, it cannot be done with more than your own tribe members and if a structure is destroyed or you fob up, it is then a raid.
» Do NOT give out player base locations or coordinates in chat.
» NO CO-RAIDING or CO-DEFENDING, any active pvp must show deaths of all tribes associated with the active PVP. Verbal alliances are allowed, countering a FOB must not show that the tribe being attacked is actively pushing the fob as well.
» INACTIVE FOBS of 2 hours must be taken down. -A clean server runs better! Remove unnecessary traps and FOBs when you’re done with them. Every piece of building adds to server load.
» DO NOT MESH SOAK EDITED CAVES / MESH SOAK bases through the generated barriers.
» Raiding On a FULLY Built Water Vein side (Blocked Off) Is consider meshing since player’s cannot pass and will result in a tribe absorption into the raided tribe.
» DO NOT TUNNEL RAID meaning you can not be blocked by turrets with tribe owned structures to soak or take down defended structures. Limited to ramps being used to soak with tame only.
» DO NOT create a Platform build that prevents the dino from being shot, NO Dino Gates ON PLATFORM SADDLES.
» INSIDING IS A BANNABLE OFFENSE, you must have owner to claim inside.
Building Guidelines
» The following information are the limits of builds allowed per tribe on nARKotics Cluster. Limit to 3 Bases per tribe, limit to 3 Farming FOBs per tribe, and 1 PVP FOB per map per tribe.
Farming FOB
» Less than >20 turrets, requires Tek Forcefield to cover turrets from engaging players or disrupting resource spawns and player resource gathering.
PVP FOB
» More than 20 turrets, including TP, hatch frames, generators, with turrets outside of Tek Forcefield. Inactivity for over 2hours may result in admin removal if reported.
BASE of Operations
» 100+ turrets including but not limited to crafting area, incubation, multiple tames, and/or community area. Bases may be bare and empty and will count if turret amount is equal to or greater than 100 (Please see more information on Specialty Base Requirements to qualify as a base in ✩┃rules)
» Boss arena are banned
» All Pelo, pt or build to get in holes are also banned
» Rat holes are still allowed if you can physically walk into them, if it requires to use of a tame it is now banned.
Black Flag
» You CAN kill black flag tribes including tames however ANY destruction of a Black Flagged Tribe’s structures is subject to an immediate tribe merge with the defendant of the lost structure being awarded the other tribes Base! Vice Versa (meaning this is a double edged sword)
Black flag does not take effect until 3 hours have passed since the posting on this board. If you’re fobbing someone with black flag you must stream the raid to be immune to the black flag and stream must start before black flag takes full effect.
» You CANNOT FOB a black flag tribe and vice versa. If either tribe violates this consequences can be up to both tribes wiped/full tribe bans/mergers. It’s all on a case by case basis meaning it’s admin discretion just know if you attempt to cheese/lawyer you will be fucked.
Black Flag
» You CAN kill black flag tribes including tames however ANY destruction of a Black Flagged Tribe’s structures is subject to an immediate tribe merge with the defendant of the lost structure being awarded the other tribes Base! Vice Versa (meaning this is a double edged sword, also this only counts to towards bases mentioned in tickets)

» You CANNOT FOB a black flag tribe and vice versa. If either tribe violates these rules, consequences can be up to both tribes wiped/full tribe bans/mergers. It’s all on a case by case basis meaning it’s admin discretion just know if you attempt to cheese/lawyer you will be fucked
(You can not put a fob on someone and claim it as a base under black flag, you must remove all your fobs before your black flag becomes active.)
»Black is limited to 2 days in a row 5 times a wipe. Alphas are not allowed to purchase black flag.
